1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 90+ countries/regions globally, including the UK mainland, major European nations (Germany, France, Italy), North America (U.S., Canada), and Asia-Pacific (Australia, Japan). Remote locations (e.g., remote islands, high-altitude areas) are excluded—you’ll receive a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders ship from our London facility (Flat 21 Hera Court, Homer Drive, London, England, E14 3UJ) or partner overseas warehouses.
  • Timeline: 2-4 business days for UK/European core regions; 5-8 business days for North America; 7-12 business days for Asia-Pacific. Customs clearance may add 1-3 days—track progress via your order link.
  • Special Packaging: Wooden bookcases use foam padding + corrugated boxes to prevent scratches; metal frames are wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid dents; plastic parts are sealed to prevent damage during assembly.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over £80 / $100 (applies to all bookcases).

    9 (North America), £10 / $13 (Asia-Pacific) (includes protective packaging costs).
  • Express Shipping (near-warehouse areas only): £12 /
    25 extra for 1-3 business days delivery—select “Express” at checkout.
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Check status in “My Orders” or via carriers (Royal Mail/DHL). For delays (over 3 days) or damaged packaging, email uptempo-41.cobbles@icloud.com with photos for help.
